Is the 2021 Lincoln Navigator reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Navigator’s overall package points to solid day-to-day dependability for a luxury SUV: it has a robust twin-turbo V6, standard four-wheel drive, and a cabin that’s built to feel substantial and well finished. Its performance notes also suggest strong refinement and confident power delivery, which are good signs for consistent ownership.

Lincoln also includes a maintenance perk in the ownership experience, which helps soften early running costs. For used buyers, the bigger long-term risk is that depreciation and luxury-SUV upkeep can be expensive if the vehicle has been poorly maintained.

Should I buy a 2021 Lincoln Navigator or consider a different year?

• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.78% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It combines a plush cabin, strong towing ability, and standard four-wheel drive in Canada.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $47,708 CAD, the 2020 costs less than the current year's $52,936 CAD average.
• It reflects Lincoln’s quiet-luxury direction and serves as the flagship SUV in the brand’s lineup.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $61,149 CAD, the 2022 costs more than the current year's $52,936 CAD average.
• It adds numerous updates that refresh styling, comfort, technology, safety, and driving dynamics.
