How much does the 2021 Jeep Wrangler cost?

There are 581 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for used shoppers.

Is the 2021 Jeep Wrangler a good car?

Yes — the 4.7/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Reviewers consistently praise the off-road capability, power, and comfort, and they also like the adventurous character and manual features that make the driving experience feel more engaging. For you, that means this model makes the most sense if you want a vehicle with genuine off-road ability, open-air versatility, and a distinctive personality rather than a conventional SUV. With 31.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still meaningful value in the market.

Is the 2021 Jeep Wrangler reliable?

Owners rate it 4.7/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience for many drivers, with enthusiasm centred on the Wrangler’s durability and long-term appeal. That said, used buyers should still budget for the model’s specialised nature and inspect carefully for wear tied to off-road use and everyday compromises.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Jeep Wrangler?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be choosy without expecting deep discounts on every listing.

• Deal availability: 31.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 581 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.40% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $33,238 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Jeep Wrangler's resale value?

The current average of $33,238 CAD sits slightly below last year's $38,383 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has become more favourable for buyers, but it also means future sellers may need to price competitively to stand out. If you buy at the current average or below, you may have less downside risk than someone who bought when prices were higher. Strong demand for this model’s character and capability should help support resale interest, especially if the vehicle is well maintained.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.7/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2021 Jeep Wrangler or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 31.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.40% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.7/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $35,437 CAD, the 2022 costs more than the current year's $33,238 CAD average.
• It adds a broader, more specialised powertrain mix.

The bottom line: The 2021 is the better starting point if you want stronger value and more inventory to compare. If you are price-sensitive, it is the year to focus on first; if you want to spend more for a newer model-year alternative, the 2022 is the next step up.
