This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be patient and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 30.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 246 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.06% compared with last year.

What is the 2020 Nissan Murano's resale value?

The current average of $22,194 CAD sits slightly below last year's $25,529 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Murano has become more accessible for buyers, which can also mean a softer starting point for future resale. If you buy at the right price now, you may have less depreciation pressure than someone who paid closer to last year’s average. Its comfort-focused appeal and strong owner satisfaction should help keep it relevant with shoppers who value a refined midsize SUV.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Nissan Murano or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 30.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.06% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2020 is a strong choice if you want the Murano’s comfort-first character, strong owner approval, and a market that has become more buyer-friendly. If your priority is stretching your budget further, a nearby year with similar equipment may be worth comparing, but the 2020 remains the better all-around pick if you value a refined cabin and a well-liked ownership experience.
