Used 2020 Hyundai Palisade for Sale nearEdmonton, AB

How much does the 2020 Hyundai Palisade cost?

Prices have softened 16.26% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 195 listings available, which suggests a healthy amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2020 Hyundai Palisade a good car?

Yes — the 2020 Hyundai Palisade earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its spacious interior, safety features, and great value for money, and many appreciate the luxurious feel and extensive features for the price. It also fits well if you want a family-size, three-row SUV that feels more upscale than its price suggests. With 29.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, there are still worthwhile opportunities in the market.

Is the 2020 Hyundai Palisade reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback highlights a dependable ownership experience for many shoppers, with praise centred on the SUV’s comfort, value, and everyday usability. That said, the model’s reputation is not spotless, so you should pay close attention to service records and any signs of past transmission concerns or interior wear. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is buying a poorly maintained example rather than the model’s overall appeal.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Hyundai Palisade?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find value.

• Deal availability: 29.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 195 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.26% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $25,339 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Hyundai Palisade's resale value?

The current average of $25,339 CAD sits slightly below last year's $30,260 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Palisade has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can help future sellers if they buy at the right price. If you purchase near the current average or below it, you may have a better chance of limiting further value loss. Strong demand for well-equipped family SUVs can also help support resale performance over time.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Hyundai Palisade or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 29.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.26% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $26,970 CAD, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $25,339 CAD average.
• It adds more standard equipment and a new luxury-themed trim.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2020 if you want the better value and are focused on price, especially with a solid supply of listings and meaningful discounts available. Consider the 2021 if you want the newer-year updates and are willing to pay more for added equipment and a more premium trim strategy.
