Used 2020 Chevrolet Traverse for Sale nearNorth Vancouver, BC

How much does the 2020 Chevrolet Traverse cost?

Prices have softened 8.67% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 110 listings available, which suggests you have a decent amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2020 Chevrolet Traverse a good car?

Yes — the 2020 Chevrolet Traverse earns a 4.9/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its spacious interior, smooth ride, and powerful performance, and many also like its comfort and handling in challenging weather conditions. That lines up well with its role as a large three-row crossover built for family use, everyday practicality, and easy-to-live-with tech. With 33.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, you also have a healthy share of attractive options to consider.

Is the 2020 Chevrolet Traverse reliable?

Owners rate it 4.9/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a vehicle that feels dependable in daily use, with praise for comfort, smooth driving manners, and confidence in poor weather. That said, some owners mention concerns about price and potential body damage, so a careful inspection still matters on the used market. For long-term ownership, your biggest risk is less about the overall ownership experience and more about finding a well-kept example with a clean history.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Chevrolet Traverse?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you’re patient and compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 33.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 110 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.67% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $25,118 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Chevrolet Traverse's resale value?

The current average of $25,118 CAD sits slightly below last year's $27,502 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the Traverse is currently more buyer-friendly than seller-friendly, which can affect what you recover later if you buy at the wrong point in the market. If prices stabilise, a well-kept example bought near the lower end of the range could hold up better than one purchased at the top of the market. Strong demand for roomy family crossovers should help, but resale will still depend heavily on condition, mileage, and maintenance history.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.9/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 33.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.67% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.9/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2020 Traverse makes sense if you want a roomy, family-focused three-row SUV and you value a market that currently gives you some negotiating room. If your priority is stretching your budget as far as possible, a nearby model year with lower average pricing may be worth a look, but the 2020 remains the better pick if you want a strong mix of owner satisfaction, space, and current deal availability.
