Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Nissan Rogue?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 29.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 544 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.19% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $15,818 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Nissan Rogue's resale value?

The current average of $15,818 CAD sits slightly below last year's $18,873 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy more affordably now, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays under pressure. If you plan to sell later, the Rogue’s value will likely depend on how well it is maintained and how clean its history is. Strong condition and documented service should matter more than usual in a market where prices have already eased.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.73/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Nissan Rogue or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 29.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.19% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.73/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $14,834 CAD, the 2018 costs less than the current year's $15,818 CAD average.
• It adds advanced driver-assist tech and a more affordable entry point.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $17,656 CAD, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $15,818 CAD average.
• It offers a more polished look but feels more dated overall.

The bottom line: If you want the best balance of price, owner satisfaction, and current market availability, the 2019 is the primary year to target. If you are especially price-sensitive, the 2018 is the better value play, while the 2020 makes sense only if you prefer that newer-year feel and are comfortable paying more.
