How much does the 2019 Dodge Challenger cost?

Is the 2019 Dodge Challenger a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Dodge Challenger earns a 4.91/5 user rating, which points to very strong owner satisfaction. Drivers consistently praise its power, stylish design, and comfortable ride, and many appreciate the old-school muscle car feel paired with modern features. It also fits well if you want a five-passenger coupe with practical infotainment and broad trim and engine choice. With 23.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 Dodge Challenger reliable?

Owners rate it 4.91/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience for many drivers, especially those who value the car’s long-term appeal and character. That said, used buyers should still watch for signs of neglect, since some examples were abused or poorly maintained. For long-term ownership, your biggest risk is likely to come from condition and upkeep rather than the model’s core appeal.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Dodge Challenger?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can afford to be patient and compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 23.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 76 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.21% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $38,566 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Dodge Challenger's resale value?

The current average of $52,271 CAD sits slightly below last year's $57,572 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy more confidently today, but it also means future sellers may face a more competitive market if prices continue to ease. The current range still leaves room for well-kept examples to hold value better than neglected ones. Strong condition and desirable equipment should matter more when you eventually resell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.91/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Dodge Challenger or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 23.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.21% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.91/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $34,547 CAD, the 2020 costs less than the current year's $52,271 CAD average.
• It adds new colours and a 50th Anniversary package for some trims.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2019 if you want the stronger satisfaction signal and are shopping the current market for value. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2020 is the better price-sensitive path, especially if its added visual updates appeal to you.
