2019 Buick Encore for Sale in Calgary, AB

All I wanted was an estimated monthly payment to start things off. I am looking for a little sports car right now. I guess that is to hard to do. They just wanted me to come down. If I can’t get a simple question asked then they are not the dealer for me. I am older and have bought a lot of vehicles. I don’t want to play the sales game. Just answer the first question and then we can chat and come down to look at it.

The experience was good. Salesman was there to greet us and ready to show the vehicle. The only comment or criticism I can make is it would have been nice to know a deal was pending on it before coming in to see it.

Love the truck, good fuel mileage. Was told about a great referral bonus, so far not true as I sent my wife in and she bought here. Also no answer for a $899 documentation fee?, I had no trade for them to have to search info on. Overall ok experience, like I said I love the truck I got.

I had an excellent chat with a sale rep and we are still in the due process .

They Sold the vehicle we had a deal on and had to call the next day to find out with no contact or warning. They cost me time money.
