Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 Cadillac XT5?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile opportunities.

• Deal availability: 32.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 111 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.41% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $19,632 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2018 Cadillac XT5's resale value?

The current average of $19,632 CAD sits slightly below last year's $23,486 CAD.

That price movement suggests the XT5 has become more accessible for buyers, but it also means future sellers may need to price competitively to stand out. If you buy at today’s average, you may have less immediate upside than someone who purchased when prices were higher. Even so, the model’s strong owner satisfaction can help support demand when it’s time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.76/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Cadillac XT5 or consider a different year?

Choose the 2018 if:

• 32.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.41% compared with last year.
