The user feedback points to a vehicle that many owners find dependable and trouble-free in day-to-day use, with strong confidence in its long-term ownership experience. That said, the model’s reputation is not without caution, since electrical glitches and air suspension concerns can affect some examples.

• Deal availability: 37.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 141 listings available.

What is the 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLE's resale value?

The current average of $28,943 CAD sits slightly below last year's $29,729 CAD.

That kind of price movement suggests the market has eased a bit, which can make the model more approachable for you as a buyer. For a future seller, it means resale values may be under some pressure if broader market conditions stay soft. Even so, the current pricing still sits within a healthy range for a premium SUV with strong demand.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.91/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLE or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2017 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2017 if:

• 37.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.64% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.91/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2017 is a strong choice if you want a well-equipped luxury SUV with broad appeal, solid owner satisfaction, and a market that still offers some negotiating room. If you are especially price-sensitive, you may also want to compare nearby years to see whether a similar example offers a better entry price or equipment mix.
