Is now a good time to buy a used 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 32.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 452 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.92% compared with last year.

What is the 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport's resale value?

The current average of $13,736 CAD sits slightly below last year's $15,956 CAD.

That decline suggests the market has become more buyer-friendly, which can make resale planning a little more challenging if you buy at the wrong price. If you purchase near the lower end of the range, you may have a better chance of limiting depreciation pressure later. Strong feature content and positive owner feedback can help support demand when it is time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.75/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport or consider a different year?

Choose the 2017 if:
