Why it stands out
The 2017 GMC Terrain stands out in the compact SUV segment due to its comfortable ride and spacious interior, making it an attractive option for families or individuals seeking a practical vehicle. Owners often highlight the quiet cabin and smooth handling, which contribute to a pleasant driving experience. While the Terrain competes well with rivals, it does exhibit some limitations; several drivers have noted that the engine performance can be underwhelming, particularly when it comes to acceleration. Additionally, the Terrain may lack certain luxury features found in competing models. Overall, the 2017 GMC Terrain offers a balanced mix of comfort and functionality, although potential buyers should consider engine performance as a deciding factor.

I compare my 2017 Terrain Denali to my sister's Cadillac. It rides just as nice, and has many of the same features. I'm very pleased.

Vehicle has numerous extras. Appointments are well presented. Ride is very comfortable and enjoyable. Denali models have a vast difference over standard models. Add features and sound insulation make for a much smoother and comfortable ride.
