Why it stands out
The 2017 Acura RDX sits at an interesting point in the model’s history because it belongs to the second generation, which was introduced for the 2013 model year and brought a very different character from the original RDX. For this generation, Acura replaced the earlier turbocharged engine with a 3.5-litre V6 making 273 horsepower, paired it with a six-speed automatic transmission, and used a simpler all-wheel-drive system instead of the previous SH-AWD setup. It was also made larger, with more room inside the cabin and a more comfortable suspension, which helped turn it into a more practical luxury crossover for everyday use.
For 2017, Acura did not make any significant changes, so the appeal of the 2017 Acura RDX comes from the strengths already built into this generation. This is my first SUV. I have driven economy sedans most of my life. I absolutely love this car. Quiet, powerful, spacious and beautiful inside and out. I Recommend this vehicle to anyone in search of an suv.

The 2017 Acura RDX is an excellent choice for a nice suv. This particular model year has a v6 with lots of power. With tons of standard features it is a bargain and fun to drive. The only negative is that it needs premium gas for optimum performance. Great product at a reasonable price compared to its competitors.
