Is now a good time to buy a used 2016 Mitsubishi RVR?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can be patient and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 27.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 66 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 21.39% compared with last year.

What is the 2016 Mitsubishi RVR's resale value?

The current average of $9,908 CAD sits slightly below last year's $12,604 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy in at a more favourable level, but it also means future resale upside may be more limited if the market stays soft. If you plan to sell later, buying well now matters more than usual. A clean history and strong maintenance records should help you protect value.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2016 Mitsubishi RVR or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2016 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2016 if:

• 27.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 21.39% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2016 is the better path if you want a lower entry price and are comfortable shopping carefully for a well-kept example. If you're especially price-sensitive, keep an eye on nearby years too, but the 2016 stands out as a sensible value play when you find one priced near the low end of the range.
