Is now a good time to buy a used 2016 Ford Edge?

This looks like a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 27.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 206 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 18.18% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $12,087 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2016 Ford Edge's resale value?

The current average of $12,194 CAD sits slightly below last year's $14,903 CAD.

That softer pricing means future sellers may face more competition if the market stays loose. If you buy at a strong price today, you may have a better chance of limiting depreciation later. The current range also suggests there is still a clear ceiling on what shoppers are willing to pay, so condition and history will matter when you eventually resell.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.45/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.
