This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you are patient.

What is the 2016 Ford Edge's resale value?

The current average of $12,163 CAD sits slightly below last year's $14,958 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the vehicle easier to buy now but may also limit upside if you plan to resell soon. If prices stay near the current range, future sellers may need to price competitively to stand out. Even so, the model's broad appeal and strong owner satisfaction can help support demand over time.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2016 Ford Edge or consider a different year?
