Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Nissan Altima?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 18.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 88 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 22.50% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $8,184 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2015 Nissan Altima's resale value?

The current average of $8,184 CAD sits slightly below last year's $10,560 CAD.

That price trend suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can limit how much further depreciation you may see in the near term. If you buy at the right price, you may have a better chance of reducing your future loss when it comes time to sell. The Altima’s value proposition is strongest when you focus on condition, mileage, and maintenance history rather than expecting strong appreciation.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.7/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2015 Nissan Altima or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 18.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 22.50% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.7/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2015 is a good pick if you want a comfortable, value-focused Altima and you find one in strong condition at a competitive price. If you are especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby model years to see whether a newer or older example gives you a better mix of equipment, mileage, and asking price.
