Should I buy a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2014 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2014 if:

• 27.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices are up 1.73% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 4.74/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the more refined, better-equipped version of this SUV with strong owner approval, the 2014 is a sensible place to start. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years and focus on the best-maintained example rather than the newest badge alone.
