Used 2014 Acura MDX for Sale nearVictoria, BC

How much does the 2014 Acura MDX cost?

Prices have softened 10.90% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 65 listings available, which suggests a modest amount of inventory for shoppers comparing options.

Is the 2014 Acura MDX a good car?

Yes — the 2014 Acura MDX earns a 4.67/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers consistently praise its luxury feel, comfort, smooth ride, and performance, and many also like the fuel economy for a three-row SUV. It fits well if you want a refined, feature-rich family vehicle with everyday usability and a practical three-row layout. With 30.8% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have a decent chance of finding a competitive offer.

Is the 2014 Acura MDX reliable?

Owners rate it 4.67/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback also highlights the MDX as reliable, dependable, and a vehicle owners feel they can count on over time. That said, some shoppers note concerns about seat comfort and material quality, so a careful inspection of wear items matters on the used market. For long-term ownership, the main risk is buying a well-used example that has not been maintained as carefully as its reputation suggests.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2014 Acura MDX?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 30.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 65 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.90% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $14,177 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2014 Acura MDX's resale value?

The current average of $14,560 CAD sits slightly below last year's $16,342 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the MDX more attractive to buyers now but may limit upside for a future seller. If you buy at the current average or lower, you may have less room for appreciation, but you could still benefit from steady demand for a well-regarded luxury SUV. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.67/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2014 Acura MDX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2014 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2014 if:

• 30.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.90% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.67/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2014 MDX makes sense if you want the updated third-generation design, strong owner satisfaction, and a market that currently favours careful shoppers. If you are price-sensitive, this year is worth a close look because softened pricing and decent deal availability can improve your odds of finding value. If you want the newest nearby option, compare it against the next model year as well, but the 2014 remains a sensible buy when condition and maintenance history are strong.
