Jumped title

Question type: General

I really need help . I bought a 03 Saturn for
2,200 .well went to try and get it titled and
plated and they said I would have to come
back with who I bought it from because they
signed the title but had never got it titled in
their name . Well needless to say have tried
to contact numerous times and nothing was
even going to pay to get them for something
I shouldn't have to deal with . So now I'm at
a loss , bmv said go in front of a judge but
how do I even go about doing that ???! Pls
help

Tom's answer is partially good for an option but the link he gave is very outdated. To answer your bmv question, their talking about a court ordered title. That's why they want you to see a judge. What state are you in?
