Cylinder failure

I have a 2003 saturn vue #2 and #3 cylinders
are not firring put on new coil and replaced
plugs it runs but 1 and 4 are sparking the
motor is a 4cyl 2.2 ltr 5 speed manual.

I would think you would want to check to make sure you are getting the right power and signal being sent to the ignition coil. as the car is running over. So pull the connector attached to the coil and start checking the connections. You Tube it and see what wire is what. May need to check with a repair manual with what wire does what going to the coil pack.
