My 04 saturn is not running cylinder #3 needs to be replaced will that will cylinder make the saturn not start.....where is cylinder #3.....

it was working one day and when i parked it...it never started again...stuck a computer to the saturn it said cylinder 3 not working and thats all...the last time i drove the car it was missing firing had the injectors cleaned but engine light still on...is the coil and cylinder connected or the same thing....

no it doesn't crank, its a v6
