OK, How about the location of the fuel filter on a 2004 Vue, 3.5 liter V6?? I can't find it. Followed the fuel lines from tank to engine.

up at top eather in front or back of gas tank.or at rear bumper in the middle at bumper mounting.

is there a possiblity that it is located in a 'black box' sort of looking thing? that has 'delco' written on it? And thanks soo much for the info! because I don't see anything that looks like what I bought at the parts store all along the fuel line.

yes,it is possibell it has a cover on it.is what you got round with 2 prongs comeing out both ends.
