low Pulling up to 40 KM speed.

My 2002 lexus  ES  300 starting pulling (to achieve 0 to 40 km speed ,  very  
difficult .After 40 KM it will move very quickly up to the speed of 140
KM/Hr.can you suggest a solution ,if the problem is with the coil . whether I
need to change 6 or  3 coil since pulling trouble is only to reach 40 KM speed.
