Check Engine Light Flashing

My check engine light is flashing. My motor shakes.
It throws itself while braking. Braking pedal is hard
to push. On idle it sounds like a weeder on idle. I
swapped out the spark plugs with new ones. But
problem continues. My O2 sensors, Bank 1, Sensor
1 and Bank 2,

Codes are: P0128, P0300, P0302, P0304, P0306. I warm up my car before I leave anywhere in the morning but the day this happened I didn't. I jumped in and took off.
