95 explorer 4.0

its a 95 explorer,4.0, the issue is
that after it warms up& drive
around, shut it off, then start back
up , it will run rough for about 5-
10sec. then run fine, also when its
cold out, below 40 deg. it never
does this, only when air temp is
above 40- any one have any
idias&

If your year vehicle is equipped with an IAC on the throttle body, clean it with throttle body cleaner and check for proper operation when disconnected and power supplied. The net should have many "how to" videos on the subject.

thanks for the input, have cleaned the throttle body, & replaced the iac , but was a cheap one from oriellys, going to get a better quality one & see if that helps
