oil cooled? do you mean the air cooled engines? i think the last air cooled 911 ended in 1997.

1997-1998 Porsche 993 C4 is the last of the wide body air cooled. You will pay a lot for this though (up to $75k-$90k for a good one), and I would expect anybody who is seriously looking for one would already know which model they are after.

The last air cooled (not oil) were the 993 series. After 97 they came out with the 996 series which had water cooled engines. The water cooled engines tend to be more reliable and leak less.
