how do I rate a dealer that posted a car on your site?

I just finished purchasing a used car.  The dealership was the WORSE!  They lied about condition of car,
refused to reimburse for broken items, lied about performing a service maintenance ... worse told me they
would reimburse some of the funds and after two weeks, several calls I had to get American Express
involved.  Their name: Porsche of Beachwood Cleveland Oh.  I would NOT refer or send anyone to them.  
Bottom line.  They are the poster dealership of everything people say bad about auto dealerships.

Thanks. I have not received the survey from CarGuru and when I go to the site of cargurus/cars for sale I am unable to locate the side link. Please advise.
