2001 Porsche 911 water cooled

I have just moved to Scottsdale, AZ  (temps at 110) - I am accustomed to driving the 911 Porsche in Northern, CA.  The thermostat is running at 225 degrees vs a usual 180,  and the air-conditioning stops pushing cool air.   I have just replaced the water reservoir (had a leak) and it is still running hot.

New thermostat with a different setting??

Clean the radiator of built up debris??

Add any additional cooling mechanisms??

Any thoughts

Early 996's 190 is typical '01 clean and check for debris in the radiator, engine bay fan operational? After the reservoir leak, I would say the cooling system is suspect and worthy of an inspection as you have mentioned check the thermostat, clean debris once again, There are center radiator systems available in addition to cooling fan upgrades, lots of options.Check the stock system (all the basics) completely before upgrading.
