Car will just crank after putting new seal on injectors

My 2006 volskwagen jetta gli will just crank and crank and
not start after I took off the manifold and put a new seal on
one of the injectors i did remove the fuel rail but have no
idea what could be wrong

Also have you tried opening the little screw on top of your fuel filter and turning your ignition into the on position to make sure that you are getting fuel at least to that point?
