I don't really have any experience with this problem I have an automatic Firebird. I don't know you're replacing all the shifting solenoids or synchro's I think they're called synchro gears? I think theres two types of gear synchros the solenoid type and the synchro type or a combo I'm not sure but you know it could be the cars computer this is unknown territory for me just check for codes check your fuse boxes if its more mechanical than it is electrical then check everything again regarding the gearbox you probably have been all through this anyway I just thought I'd try to chime in and help you. But I'm not much help but good luck.
