how do you reset the anti theft device?

I believe this can only be done at the dealership.

What do you mean by the anti-theft device? There should be nothing to reset with this.

for people who loose thier keys and are to danm broke or cheap to go to the dealer and plan on hot wiring it. i need to bypass the anti theft system so the car will start
