The windows are electric and they won't work either?  It just stopped running when I was
driving the down road.  Any ideas please?

thanks. will take a look. The trunk is broke and won't stay closed. I have a bungy cord on it currently. Could that have anything to do with it?

No? YAY! Thought I was going to have to replace sooner rather than later. The car has done this to me before. Not while I was driving it though. When I parked it, it stalled and wouldn't start and I noticed the check engine light came on and it said back lamp.

ok...good news! Had my car jumped this morning and it started right up! YAY! However, the break lights that go on the big "Pontiac" sign in the back does not work. Reverse lights do work. They are white. So if I put a new bulb in the break lights will this fix the problem?

I put the new lights in and viola! Car has started ever since. But, now the lamp warning light is back on. All break lights work and the reverse light. The only thing I can figure is the wiring. Fingers are crossed car stays running!
