I don't know what testing you have done, voltage and ground circuits? There is a fusible link that supplies voltage to headlamp switch, at the headlamp switch, red wire, hot all the time, use a test light to check for voltage. The headlamp switch has an internal circuit breaker for headlamps. From the headlamp switch to dimmer switch, yellow wire, should be hot with headlamps on. Use a test light to check for voltage. To check the yellow wire, under the dash, find wiring harness that goes into steering column, find the yellow wire. At least make sure voltage to headlamp switch from fusible link. If voltage to headlamp switch and nothing from headlamp switch to dimmer, I suspect the headlamp switch. If you want to go further with testing, we can do that.

When I turn on my headlights the lights don't always come up, I've replaced both motors but at times the lights still want come up. Is it the harness or the switch itself?
