I just changed out my headlight motor in my 98 Pontiac firebird and the motor is not cyclng not does it have power
What are the common trouble shooting fixes
Do you have power at the plug for the motor? If so, the motor linkage might be binding. See if you can raise the headlight by rotating the knob by the motor by hand. If you can't look for a linkage problem between the motor and the lamp assembly. If you have no power at the motor plug, then you will need to trace the circuit back to the fuse (but start at the fuse end to see if it is blown).
