My 1987 pontiac firebird won't fire, since my husband changed the spark plugs? He did not disconnect the battery.

Changed, rotor, spark plugs and wires, and cap. Won't fire. Also changed fuel filter first.it
won't kick out any codes. The cooling fan kicks on. It ran till he changed spark
plugs.unhooked mass air flow sensor and turned it over, never kicked out any code.
Wondering if it is computer? If so any idea how much they cost?

Did he put back all the wires to distributor?
