rear wheekls are not spining freely

The GTOs are rear wheel drive thus meaning if the transmission is in park(on an automatic) or in gear (on a manual transmission) the rear wheels will not free spin what will happen is one wheel will spin one way and the other wheel will go opposite with the ass end of the car off the ground.
