Ethanol free gas vs. Toptier gas for PHEVS

Question type: General

Is it better to use ethanol free gas or top tier gas in my RAV4 Prime as it is
used primarily in pure electric mode and the gas will likely sit in the tank for 6
month or more (as the gasoline engine will rarely be used)?   Ethanol free is
recommended as it lasts longer than gas with ethanol and is supposedly
better for the engine, however, Toptier gas which has ethanol is suppose to
have more detergents which prevent carbon deposits.

You can get gas that is both Top Tier and ethanol free. Not in my state though ;(
