This is EricVonZipper and the lines have been bleed and there was ok pressure.

i say gearbox is pretty worn and need a new one

if it is the gear box 9/10 its just sinchros, get it rebuilt... a friend of mine had the tranny from his 94 5 speed rebuilt for roughly $500, try not to get a used tranny unless you are able to test it in a truck yourself, buying used is a gamble while if you rebuild you know what you have
