reverse.

On that trans, I'd first suspect that the trans grease is really dirty and a change might fix that. It might be worn synchros or gears, or linkage that's out of adjustment.

Every rig that has a standard transmission when this happens it’s time for internal transmission repair. Fix it now before it becomes too late.
