Can I put a 07 cvt transmission in my 03 Honda Civic hybrid

Why the H#ll would you want a CVT? Hybrids have a special transmission that shares power between two sources - the gas engine and the electrical motor - swapping transmissions from a non-hybrid would not work.

. No Although it is the same housing (I think) Honda changed the pulley ratios starting in 2006. You are stuck with using a 2003-2005. (And it also appears that you can neither switch to the manual transmission nor the regular automatic without praying to the ecm gods of software. Nah! You're asking for a lightning bolt)
