You can swap the one that works to see if it really is the bulb , You can't see electricity you need a multi tester to see what has power/ground and what don't

So, what you meant to say was, High Beams on both sides don't work, and Low Beam on Passenger side doesn't work." OR, "You've only got the Driver's side Low Beam; all others don't work."..... OK?..... Low beam on passenger side is probably a bad bulb; you say you checked it, but replace it and see. High beams on both sides indicate something wrong in the circuit; possibly the dimmer switch..... This is a seventeen year old HYBRID. Wouldn't it be easier to just have a mechanic who knows what he's doing fix it. It doesn't sound like you're comfortable with real diagnostics and repairs.
