97 thunderbird heat and air stay one temp

can put it on air @ 65 hot air, put it on heat @ 70 hot air

how hot is a matter of how hot the engine is, will take perhaps ten minutes to come up to operating temperature, it's not the control unit's fault is being impatient for the car to come up to operating temperature...bet yours is a short commute in COLD weather~
