My car makes a squeaking noise when I run
over bumps I replaced front driver strut but
still makes noise

May just be the sway bar bushings. The sway bar goes across the front of the car to control body roll when cornering. Many time the rubber bushings at the frame dry out and squeak. Example: http://www.myturbodiesel.com/wiki/sway-bar-bushing-and-end-link-removal/
