Do not ignore SES lights though. I made the mistake of trying to get a few more miles out of my 02 that registered a catalytic converter problem before I dropped $1k to fix it. Destroyed the engine b/c nissan engineers put an egr valve after the pre-cat. Lss, media from the pre-cat got sucked into the engine & killed my car. How the fail this is not considered a recall, I have no idea. Would love an explanation that isn't just a rationalization.
