I drive a 2003 Nissan Altima, how many miles can u go before I run completely
out?

Multiply your miles per gallon by the size of the tank which can be found in the owners manual. I can only guess at the MPG as you did you did not say what the transmission is and type of driving your do. Since the tank holds 20 gallons a fairly safe bet would be 350 to 400 miles.
