I'm having a similar situation and I have broken down twice with the same issue and every time they told me the same thing which is it could be the catalytic converter. I looked on YouTube and one person mentioned taking the catalytic converter and soaking it in some solution and then putting it back on but I have gotten the same answer from several different people.
