my car starts to shake real bad when I get to going about thirty five or faster could it and my check engine light comes on and starts to  blink real fast it will go back off after awhile could it be my wheel bearing and if so which side

Wheel bearing will not cause check engine light to come on. Fast blinking check engine light means you have a major issue that can and will cause damage to your car. Have the codes read and post numbers back on hear so we can help more. Auto zone in most states will do this for free.

ok but will the wheel bearing make my car shake real bad at first I thought one of my tires had a bump on it but don't see anything on tires

Yes it can. Jack up the front of your car. Grap tire on either side and shake it. Also grab it top and bottom and shake it. Also give it a couple good spins. Do you see, hear or feel anything weird going on while doing this? If so inspect for bad wheel bearing, bad tie rod ends and bad ball joints. If nothing seems wrong have tire shop check the balance on your tires.
