95 eclipse gst turbo is extremly hot temp gauge is normal driving short distance is fine long distance lose of power

radiators new,not over heating, intercooled,pressure checked ok, not losing antifreeze
turbo is extremly hot on long rides like 20 min.or so oil thins down and is just real hot

"extremely hot" is not an accurate measurement- have a good mechanic get a temp reading on that turbo to find out if it within specified operating temperatures- it may just be worn out-
