Not starting after putting on new fuel pump

I put on a new fuel pump on my 95 eclipse
gs but it's still not starting and I'm not sure
what's wrong

You will need to check the pressure at the rail with key in the on position. If no pressure your hose could have come off because it wasnt installed the correct way. Is your wiring correct and are they tight?
